Relax at Table Rock Lake

 The pictures don't do our rooms any justice! Our rooms are furnished and spacious, and our full size kitchens ready to go. We provide towels and linens, pots and plates, and everything else but the food! Please remember to bring your bathroom necessities, medications, and any special items you may need while you are here, like your favorite pillow or fishing gear. Extra linens and additional cleaning supplies available upon request. The bathroom has a single wall sink and stand up shower as was the norm in the 60's. We also have gas and charcoal bbq grills available for your use at no extra cost (we supply the gas and charcoal!) Boat slips are powered and covered, and are reservable with a room. There is a TV in each room with Roku and Starlink Internet service. 

We have rooms available for you to bring your well trained and polite pets. Please remember you are responsible for you pets, and we ask that they are leashed while on the property.  Please do not leave your pets behind in the rooms unless they are kennel trained and in their kennel. Excessive barking will get a single warning, continued disruption will result in leaving the resort and forfeiting the remainder of your stay. An additional fee will be required for your dog(s), with a 2 pet per room limit. Read additional pet policy information in the room information book. 

There is no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind in any of the rooms or buildings on the property. If you smoke please keep your cigarette butts off the grounds and out of the water. Each room has an ashtray under their outdoor table. We will add a $200 charge to your account if we detect smoking in your room. Please respect the space!

Buttermilk Spring Road (Y-40) once boasted several resorts and vacation homes starting in the 1960's after the creation of Table Rock Lake Dam. Most of the properties on the peninsula are now private homes owned by private citizens who occupy their homes both full time and seasonally.  As a guest here we ask that you show the utmost respect to our neighbors by using your best judgement while driving, boating, or just exploring the area. In addition to pedestrians and golf carts that are on the road, keep an eye out for the many deer, turkey, and other wildlife living among us. The speed limit is 35/25 and the roads are curvy, so take your time and enjoy the views. Please keep music to a reasonable level, and don't use firearms in the area. Always clean up any trash you may create while here or on the lake. While boating, please observe the no wake zones in the hollow, and always be safe on the water. Several of our neighbors are active or retired law enforcement, and both the Missouri Water Patrol and the Army Corp of Engineers patrol the lake.
